ALL IN GROUP Acquires ArtPhotoLimited: Nicolas Lauret Appointed New CEO

ALL IN GROUP continues to expand its premium segment and completes the acquisition of ArtPhotoLimited: Following its initial investment in 2021, the company acquired the remaining 49 percent of shares in June 2024, turning the French online gallery for fine art photography into a wholly owned subsidiary. At the same time, Nicolas Lauret takes over as the new CEO, leading the company forward.

Since its founding in 2016, ArtPhotoLimited has specialized in iconic, limited-edition fine art photography. Featuring an archive of over 22,000 photographs from renowned archives and independent photographers, the brand is already established in numerous international markets, including France, Germany, the UK, and the US.

With this full integration, ALL IN GROUP continues its clear course of internationalization. A particular focus is placed on expanding its presence in the US market, where demand for premium art photography continues to grow steadily. In his new role, Nicolas Lauret will be responsible for the strategic and operational direction of the brand, as well as its deeper integration into the processes of ALL IN GROUP.
